General Information

El Ultimate Frisbee es un deporte de equipo que se juega con un disco volador y que es autoarbitrado. Uno de los principales valores del Ultimate es el espíritu de juego.

The rules

In Ultimate Frisbee, the goal is to score by passing the disc into the opponent’s end zone without letting it touch the ground or be intercepted.

Tournaments

There are plenty of tournaments celebrated in Spain yearly, both on grass and on the beach.

One remarkable feature is that the large majority of them are played co-ed, which makes ultimate an ideal and unique sport to share with all your friends.
